The Multi Disciplinary Steering Committee in the Sports Ministry has approved the preparatory tournaments for Table Tennis Olympic qualifiers. The Committee met under the Chairmanship of Secretary (Sports) on 18th May and approved the Coaching Camps and preparatory tournaments for Olympic qualifiers and the sparring partners on the basis of proposal submitted by the Table Tennis Federation of India.
